Privacy policy (draft)
This is a draft. It is waiting for legal review and is not final. It describes what the site does. It does not claim that the site meets the requirements of any law.
In short: Findra is a mostly static website. It has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies of our own. We collect what you send us when you subscribe or write to us, and we use simple analytics that do not use cookies.
Who we are#
The site is run by Braynex Services Ltd. Our contact details are on the contact page.
What the site does#
- It is a static website. Pages are files that are sent to your browser. There are no user accounts and no login.
- It has no upload tool. In this version of the site, visitors do not upload documents or run tests.
- It does not run ads. We do not run advertising trackers.
Hosting#
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any web host, Cloudflare handles the requests that your browser makes to load our pages. Its own policies describe how.
Analytics#
When switched on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Cloudflare says this service does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics, and that it does not fingerprint people by IP address, user agent or other data for analytics. We use this to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you.
Newsletter and waitlists#
If you subscribe to our newsletter, or join an industry waitlist, your email address goes to the newsletter provider named on the sign-up page at the time. Waitlists use the same provider, with a tag for the industry you chose. We use your address to send you the newsletter and to tell you about the industry you picked. You can unsubscribe from any email.
When you contact us#
If you email us or use the enquiry link, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, your message and anything else you include. We use it to reply, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send sensitive documents in a first message.
Review pilots#
If you take part in an industry review pilot, the documents you share are handled under a separate written data-handling agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs those documents.
Links to other sites#
Some links lead to other websites, such as retailers. Those sites have their own policies. If you buy through an affiliate link, the retailer may set its own cookies and tracking. See our affiliate disclosure.
Your choices#
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact page. We will do our best to help.
Changes#
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top of the page. This draft carries the date of its last edit.
Analytics is not switched on at the time of this draft, so the site currently loads no analytics script.
